Check-in time for retreats: 16:00 in the afternoon
Check-out time for retreats: 11:00 in the morning
These times can be flexible and are negotiable by contacting us.
Upon booking you will be sent some information about your stay which is IMPORTANT TO READ.
The management of Simonanda Sound Healing is not liable for problems arising around booking accommodation and arrival at the Sanctuary as a result of guests not reading the information sent via text messages and emails about the booking process.
Full board including three vegetarian meals as well as herbal teas during the day.
Breakfast (fine selection of herbal tea or black tea, home-made bread, butter, jam, local honey and spreads, cheese and eggs, cereals, muesli, fruits, yogurt)
Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner
Booking and payment:
Payment is usually made via bank transfer or PayPal.
To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required 60 days before the retreat start date. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.
A request for the remaining balance will be issued 45 days before the start date, and will need to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat.
If making your booking within 30 days before the retreat start date, the full balance will be due.
Confirmation and Booking Details:
You will be sent a confirmation email once your deposit/full amount has been settled.
We advise that you take up full travel insurance including medical cover when you book at Simonanda Sound Healing.
Damages and Loss:
Clients are liable for all damage and loss that occurs to items in their room in the duration of the booked period. Where clients have broken an item in the communal parts of the house, they are responsible for payment of the damage, where it is clear that they are responsible (except where damage is a result of normal wear and tear).
In the event of damage, an invoice will be sent for payment of the damage.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the retreat start date, all payments are refundable minus €75 cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 60 and 45 days before the retreat start date, 50% of total payments is refundable minus €75 cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than 45 days before the retreat start date, all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposit, remaining and full payments.
In the event you must cancel due to Covid-19 related issues or illness, then all payments will be transferred into a credit that can be applied to future services such as training programs, retreats, group workshops, sound healing events, private sessions or on purchases of sound healing instruments. After a heart seated discussion together, to figure out what will be the best solution, it is possible to transfer the credit as well as a gift voucher to another person. The credit needs to be used within 6 months. It starts on the date of withdrawal from the offered service in a written form by requesting the refund via email.
In the event a retreat is cancelled or postponed by Simonanda Sound Healing due to circumstances beyond our control, including unsafe travel or border closures, a full refund of payments made to Simonanda Sound Healing will be made. There will be no refund or compensation available from us for your flight costs, transfers and other associated costs.
Once the retreat has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.
Limitation of Liability:
Simonanda Sound Healing is a wellness company. Therefore, always follow the instructions of your medical practitioner first and consult with him/her in terms of questions.
Simonanda Sound Healing, its Affiliates and its 3rd party service providers shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of this agreement, the providing of services hereunder, the sale or purchase of any goods or merchandise from the service, your use of or reliance on the service or any of the merchandise, information or materials available on the service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You as a client, student, participant or buyer hereby agree to release Simonanda Sound Healing, its affiliates and 3rd party service providers from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed (“claims”), arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this service.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
The placing of a Booking denotes the knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
