Join us for a gentle flow of asanas and pranayamas that will beautifully prepare our nervous system for higher voltages of energy. It will flow through our nadis carrying prana throughout our bodies.

Now we are ready to rest in shavasana and be sound bathed by an 3rd & 4th octave set of crystal bowls, sound grails, ultra-light clear quartz crystal bowls, and Simonanda’s velvet alto voice taking us on a journey to higher dimensions…

All her instruments are tuned to the Healing Frequency of 432 Hz that guide us through a sound portal to expand into the vibration of highest energy. In this deep meditative state, self-transcendence is possible to a degree that allows exponential awakening, self-healing, and full alignment to the Oneness of all there is. When we merge with the omnipresence, we may feel eternal peace, have access to universal knowledge and/or enter bliss. 

The secrets of this universe are contained in energy, frequency, and vibration. Let’s use it and polish the diamond in the lotus that we are!

Simonanda is a sound therapist, transformation coach & sonic artist living now in Slovenia. She has mastered the ancient tradition of fine tuning the body through the art of sound vibration using BioSonic tuning forks, her voice and many different vibrational instruments.
