Yoga Weekend w/ Herbs & Sound Medicine

Join us for a blooming spring break at the homestead with pleasant relaxing yoga, which will be additionally colored with:

1. herbal workshops and creations,

2. drawing mandalas &

3. Sound Healing Medicine through Sonic Immersion.

Yes, I will be joining Tjaša and co-creating point 3. 

Let's return to the old knowledge and respect for nature, as cultivated by our ancestors. It is sad that we have an indifferent attitude towards what we have in abundance. So we often treat medicinal plants as worthless weeds instead of admiring them and using them for our own health.

1. In a herbal workshop with useful tips and recipes, we will learn how to make rose and calendula macerate cream, herbal foot baths, and herbal smoothies. We will prepare various tea mixtures for cleansing the blood and digestive system, for the immune system, for a headache, for pain in the ears and mouth, throat, lung diseases, for the heart, for a healthy liver, and for the stomach and bladder. We will prepare various herbal spreads from herbs that nature offers in June. We will also bake gluten-free buckwheat bread with walnuts so that we can try the spreads.

2. The second mandala painting workshop is simple and unpretentious, so it will invite all creative inspirations from you and completely relax you. No prior knowledge or artistic talent is required. The workshop is intended for pure beginners, everything necessary for creation will be there. We will complete such a content-rich afternoon with henna painting on the skin, or mehendi, which will remain a wonderful memory for quite some time and adorn you.

3. The Sonic Immersion by Simonanda will help you integrating and harmonizing all the-heart&soul-nurturing bits and pieces collected over the weekend. She is also available for private sessions if you wish so. (See program and info below!)

PRICE: € 200 + accommodation with full board €150 at the Tešnak homestead.
