Wear comfortable, loose clothing of natural fabric. For women no dress but 2 parts of clothing. You'll remain clothed during the session. Remove jewellery (if possible) and watch to avoid interference with the energy work.
Is there anything I should do before or after?

Avoid any caffeine and heavy meals 1-2 hours prior. Stay hydrated.
After:
Drink plenty of water and have a light vegetarian or vegan meal later on. That will support any detoxification process. Rest if possible to give yourself time to integrate the benefits of your session. Some clients experience a mood-uplift, others some emotional releases—self-care is important.
